Output the axis position as a simulated A/B quadrature encoder

Re-transmit the axis position as a simulated incremental A/B (with index) quadrature signal for an external controller, PLC or data-acquisition system to follow. Resolution is configurable and the output tracks position in real time — useful for feeding a master pulse train, closing an outer loop elsewhere, or interfacing legacy equipment that expects an encoder input.
