Position Event

High speed pulse firing synchronized to position

1 ENCODER COUNTHARDWARE TRIGGEREDMULTIPLE OUTPUTS

Position Event (also known as position compare or PEG) has the controller fire a digital pulse to one or more outputs at exact positions. Triggers can be at a fixed position interval or from a user-defined table, and multiple outputs let a camera, dispenser, and laser each fire at their own position in a single pass — improving machine throughput. It is handled in hardware to an accuracy of one encoder count, and the trigger table can be corrected by the 1D/2D/3D error map so events occur at the true physical location of the load.
