High speed position capture upon pulse input

Position Lock (also known as position capture) latches the encoder feedback value the instant an external event occurs on a digital input or the encoder index. Locked values and their timestamps are collected in arrays for offline analysis. For incremental encoders it is handled by hardware with an accuracy of one encoder count.
