Electronic gearing and cam profiles that slave one axis to a master

Synchronize a slave axis to a master with a fixed electronic gear ratio, or to an arbitrary profile through an electronic cam (ECAM) table. The master can be another axis, an external encoder or a virtual axis, enabling flying shear, rotary knife, print registration and similar coordinated motion — with no mechanical gearbox or physical cam.
